Building Description :
The Sagicor Financial Centre is located at Queen’s Park West, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Upon completion in 1993, the building possesses 6 levels with approximately 5300 square meters of office space and two underground parking levels. The structure resides on a normal pad footing, with a 125 mm thick slab on grade at the basement level. Drop panels are utilised to accommodate the 200 mm thick reinforced concrete flat plate slab at level 2 parking. The main structural system consists of insitu reinforced concrete beams, columns and slabs.
