Building Description:
RBTT Royal Court is located at the corner of Park and Henry Street, Port of Spain. The office building is 7 stories high from ground level plus one underground parking level. The structure is supported on normal spread footings. At basement level, there is a 125mm thick reinforced concrete (r.c) slab on grade. The floors above the basement consist primarily of a prestressed-precast r.c concrete floor slab system (spancrete hollow core) with a 25mm thick levelling screed. This floor slab system is supported by r.c insitu circular columns (675 mm diameter) and beams. One unique feature of this building is its unusual glass façade whose supporting structure was engineered by C.E.P Limited.
